BigGoat Farm

About Us

Two queer lesbian women farmers smiling, one sitting on a blue tractor and the other standing beside it in a grassy field.

We are married duo Danielle and Grace Perkowitz with our son Tristan. BigGoat Farm is a queer dairy goat farm in Michigan's gorgeous Upper Peninsula. While we don't have cheese for sale just yet, this year we will begin construction on the infrastructure needed to meet the regulatory standards.

Beyond cheese, we open our farm to anyone looking to spend time with goats, and we have a line of high-quality goat’s milk soap. We also offer our bucks for stud service, as well as goat kids for sale.

Experiences on the farm are one of the things we are most excited about. It's a joy to share the magic of our farm and our herd with others; to be a part of a person's chance to disconnect, take in nature, and get as many goat kisses as they please. We have been told we have exceptionally loving goats and we attribute it to our passion for what we do.
